What is included in the $98 purse price?
The $98 covers the cost of designing one full purse. This includes the base, panel, straps, handle, and crossbody strap or crossbody chain. This does not include any accessories such as purse charms or scarves.
How much are purse charms?
Purse charm prices vary based on materials and size. It can range anywhere from $10 to $25. You can view all available charm options and current pricing on Accessories page.
What is the material of the purse itself?
The purse is made from Vegan leather with the edges of the purse painted to match the color of the purse.
How long does it take to screw in the straps of the purse?
It takes less than 10 minutes to screw in all the parts and zip on the panel.
What if a piece of hardware pops off?
We provide replacement buttons, usually placed in the zipper pocket, plus a small screwdriver so you can replace the part while on the go. Any small screwdriver or Phillips head screwdriver with a size of 2.0 mm should work.
I am not sure what colors I want to put together. How can I see which color parts I want to assemble?
We recommend using our Build-a-Bag feature. This will allow you to pick the colors of each component of the purse and see your purse come together online. Plus, in the end, you will have a fully built purse that will be placed in your shopping cart when you are finished.
Will the purse be shipped assembled, or will I receive the parts separately?
The default option for our purses is for it to be shipped to you disassembled. The parts of the purse are meant to come apart, so you can change out the colors when you wish to match your style at the moment. We do offer an option for us to build the purse before shipment at an additional cost around $10.
I lost a button, so how can I replace it?
If you lost a button, the backup set of hardware, usually placed in your zipper pocket, should help you while on the go. If you lose the backup set, you can buy more hardware online separately or come by our permanent location and we will take care of you.
Where is the material of the purse manufactured?
Our purse material is manufactured in China as well as the hardware. Although we love to design the purse ourselves, our manufacturers take our designs and bring them to life.
I didn’t make a reservation to design a purse during a workshop. Can I come to a location to design the purse by myself?
Yes, our permanent location will have a dedicated space for people to come design and build a purse without the need of attending a workshop. One of our team members will be happy to assist you with building and assembling your purse.
Shipping
How much does it cost to ship?
The cost of shipping will vary depending on your location. The estimated cost of delivery will show in your cart upon checkout. If you order at least $98 online, your shipping cost will be free for certain types of shipping.
Can you ship outside of Texas?
Yes, we are able to ship outside of Texas. If there is an issue trying to ship outside of Texas, please contact us at support@waterloobags.com and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
When will my order ship?
Once we receive the order, it will usually ship within 24 hrs on business days, and take 1-5 days to arrive.
